This year, we’re working hard to up our game with new product offerings and re-vamped online activities so that we can chat with our long-time friends and new fans. We’ve launched a new website, started blogging, and unveiled awesome new flavors of The Laughing Cow® Light wedges. But we all know that unless you’ve got a handle on the twitter-sphere, you’re not really tapped into social media.
To debut in the world of Twitter, The Laughing Cow® teamed up with New York Times best selling author Lisa Lillien, creator and founder of Hungry Girl and hosted a Tweet-Up at the Hudson Hotel in NYC. To spread the word about the event, we mobilized our troops on facebook and twitter. The news spread quickly through the web and we had a packed event!
Over one hundred and fifty people came out to support Hungry Girl and The Laughing Cow®! Attendees were eating and happily tweeting! They shared their excitement about the event and our new flavors. So we knew we had to create a space to share with our friends—and here we are!
