Autumn tips: snack food ideas

Before the weather gets chilly, try these fun fall activities to burn some calories while enjoying the foliage. Be sure to pack a snack for your mini-adventures.

1. Roller-skate in a scenic neighborhood.
2. Hike in the park with your friends.
3. Get involved with a charity walk or run in your local area.
4. Go canoeing in your favorite waterway.
5. Take a bicycle ride and enjoy the beautiful autumn leaves.

There is nothing like a run first thing in the morning during the fall! The air is cool and crisp, which makes running a breeze! Another great activity – heading to the pumpkin patch or walking through a corn maze!
