laughing cow is the best cheese every when you put on a sandwich and melt it on the sandwich maker love it nice and hot.

Grilled cheese is my all time favorite. Instead of two slices of cheese I substitute one slice of cheese with a queso wedge…so creamy and delicious!

I spread them on soft tortillas, then add salsa, olives fresh cilantro, black beans and a squirt of lime juice. then roll up and cut into slices so they look like pinwheels and serve them as an appetizer or even just for lunch!!!

I like to bake some boneless chicken breast and about ten minutes before its done spread a wedge of Light Queso Fresco and Chipotle cheese on top and finish baking….IT’S DELISH!!!!

Very simply…I like to cook egg whites and then put the the queso fresco right on top of whole grain bread along with the egg whites. Better than butter or sour cream!

I spread a wedge of Light Queso Fresco and Chipotle cheese on a medium-sized whole wheat tortilla and add my filling of choice. Today, it was mushrooms, onion, and shredded grilled chicken. You could pretty much use anything you wanted, maybe some sliced avocado or tomatoes, too! Place in a skillet to melt the cheese and crisp the tortilla a little, fold in half, and eat with some salsa verde.

My favorite breakfast is scrambled eggs with Laughing Cow Light Queso Fresco & Chipotle. Add a little salsa and sour cream and wrap in a tortilla. Takes less than 5 minutes to make and is so delicious!

I just love to take whole wheat crackers, fat free refried beans and queso fresco & chipolte. Makes an awesome meal with a salad. Love all the Laughing Cow cheeses and spreads.
