It’s an all too familiar story, Sunday night you stock up on your favorite portion controlled snacks like The Laughing Cow Light wedges and Mini Babybel to prepare for a week of smart eating but when you head into the fridge on Wednesday somehow your stock has been depleted! This all too familiar caper has led many of us to ask the question, “Who Stole my Cheese?!” Thankfully, we may have a lead into the mysterious disappearing cheese case…Men!

We were tipped off by an article in Men’s Health that named Mini Babybel Light as the best snacking cheese. Further probing revealed that Eat This, Not That by Men’s Health editors David Zinczenko and Matt Goulding highlight The Laughing Cow Light wedges as a smart swap. It seems that men have been clued in to the deliciously decadent cheesiness of The Laughing Cow for quite some time now, leading us to believe that the culprits behind our disappearing cheese could be none other than our male friends!
