Imagine: You wake up to the sound of clashing ocean waves, birds chirping and the warm sunlight shining perfectly through your window. You get up at your own pace, grab coffee, check your email and Facebook and enjoy an hour-long breakfast. Then, throughout the week you can mix-and-match them for quick, on-the-go and guilt-free snacks and meals.

  1. Steamed vegetables (any vegetables you like)
  2. Extra-lean turkey or grilled chicken
  3. Quinoa
  4. Oats
  5. Avocado (mash a few with a pinch of lemon and sea salt)
  6. Mixed berries (wash and put away a medley of your favorite berries)

Here are 5 Guilt-Free Recipes Using Your Pre-Made Foods:

  1. Breakfast: Quinoa + milk of your choice + raisins or Oats + milk of your choice + mixed berries + cinnamon + nutmeg
  2. Lunch: Quinoa + extra-lean turkey or grilled chicken + steamed vegetables + olive oil + red wine vinegar + oregano + sea salt (Bonus: top it with The Laughing Cow Light Blue Cheese)
