Five Fun, Fruity Ways to Enjoy Breakfast With The Laughing Cow

Posted on 6/11/2012 by Roni Noone // Filed in Playlist // Comments: 4

Many Americans skip breakfast each morning, and I can only guess that time is the main issue they face. Well, I’m here to let you in on a little secret – breakfast doesn’t have to come out of a window to be quick!

A healthy breakfast doesn’t necessarily have to take a long time to make. These five, quick breakfast ideas with Smooth Sensations Cream Cheese Spread will brighten your morning and get you on your way.

Breakfast Banana Split
Who needs ice cream when you have The Laughing Cow? Halve a banana lengthwise then smear with Smooth Sensations Cream Cheese Spread Strawberry Cream 1/3 Less Fat. Next, top the banana halves with fresh strawberries. It’s like dessert for breakfast! Note: scoring the banana with a fork will help with the spreading.

Blueberry Topped Muffin

Toast a whole wheat English muffin, spread Smooth Sensations Cream Cheese Spread Cinnamon Cream 1/3 Less Fat and then top with fresh blueberries. This blueberry topped English muffin is much tastier than one topped with only jelly!

Red Ants on a Log

For a quick breakfast or even a fun snack, top 4-5 celery sticks with Smooth Sensations Cream Cheese Spread Classic Cream 1/3 Less Fat then dot with dried cranberries. These are great to eat on during your morning commute!

Strawberry Topped Sandwich Thin

Sandwich thins are a great breakfast choice in the morning. You don’t even need to wait for the toaster! Just spread on your favorite Smooth Sensations Cream Cheese Spread and top with fresh strawberries!

Creamy Cinnamon and Blueberry Oatmeal

A warm bowl of oatmeal is a great way to start the day and it only takes five minutes. Add 1/2 cup of Old Fashioned Oats and 3/4 cup of water to a small pot. Bring to a boil then lower to a simmer until all the water is absorbed. Next, mix in a wedge of Smooth Sensations Cream Cheese Spread Cinnamon Cream 1/3 Less Fat and a handful of frozen blueberries, and you can quickly be on your way!

Which one of these would fit best into your breakfast routine?
