Your morning ritual is so important to how the rest of your day looks and feels. Are you the type that’s off and running in the morning, or are you sluggish until you have your coffee? Depending on the day, I can be any of the above! But whatever your morning energy level is, starting it off with a nutritious and yummy breakfast can help you set your tone to “awesome” for the rest of the day.
The Laughing Cow’s 30 Sensational Ways to Start Your Day application offers some great breakfast tips to help you start your day off right! Here are three of my favorites:

I’m a big fan of eggs for breakfast. I think eggs hold my appetite better than other breakfast foods, and there’s research to back it up. Studies have shown that eating eggs for breakfast as part of a reduced‐calorie diet helped women lose more weight and feel more energetic than those who ate a bagel for breakfast. One of my favorite breakfasts is a slice of whole-grain toast topped with a wedge of The Laughing Cow Light Blue Cheese and a scrambled egg with sliced avocado and tomato on top. Yum!

If you feel like you have no time for breakfast in the morning, look for no-cook options to help you get out the door on time. A DIY parfait is a fast and nutritious option you may not have considered. Making it at home allows you to use high-quality ingredients like protein-packed Greek yogurt and fresh berries—no added sugars required. Layer 1/3 cup of plain Greek yogurt, 1/3 cup of berries, and 1 tablespoon of granola or nuts. Repeat three times for an inexpensive and easy breakfast on the go.Post A Comment
