So it’s winter break, and you’re home. The kids are home. And everyone’s hungry!

There’s only one problem, you’ve been getting your fill of holiday cookies and eggnog for days, no, weeks! Why not pull out a few simple ingredients and make a light, tasty, festive snack the kids can have fun helping prepare?

What you’ll need:

Spread The Laughing Cow cheese on the celery sticks. I’ve used both Classic Cream 1/3 less fat and Light Creamy Swiss, and they are both are delicious!

Top the cheese with the dried cranberries. This is a fun job for kids, especially toddlers. They can add as many as they want!

Then, eat! It’s also fun to show them how much you love the snack they helped create. The result is a festive red and green snack that won’t break the calorie bank during a typically overindulgent holiday.

Hope you have a wonderful break!

McKenna – Honestly, I mostly use The Laughing Cow Light Swiss. The pre-portioned wedges keeps me honest. :)
