ShareThisThis simple salad will make you feel like you’re dining in an Italian café by the sea…without the jet lag! So delicious and so quick and easy to make using Mini Babybel® cheese, it’ll be your go-to salad recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 wheel Mini Babybel Original Semisoft Cheese
- 2 whole Roma Tomatoes
- 10 whole Oil-cured Olives, Sliced
- 1 teaspoon Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 sprig Fresh Basil
Preparation
Slice two or three Roma tomatoes and layer on platter with a portion of sliced Mini Babybel®, fresh basil leaves and sliced oil-cured olives.
Drizzle with olive oil and red wine vinegar, and sprinkle with a touch of salt.
Tip: This can be made in the morning and chilled; it marinates well.
