ShareThisFinally, a date that’s worth remembering. Who knew that The Laughing Cow® cheese wedges could turn an ordinary date into your go-to snack recipe. And don’t forget, they’re so easy to make, you may want to enjoy a double date next time.
Ingredients
- 1 whole Wedge Of The Laughing Cow® Light Swiss Original Cheese
- ¼ teaspoons Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- ¼ teaspoons Fresh Sage, Chopped
- 3 whole Medjool Dates (or Any Fresh Date)
Preparation
Using a paring knife, make a lengthwise incision into each date until it reaches the pit. Carefully open each to remove and discard the pit.
In a small mixing bowl, combine cheese, black pepper and sage until smooth.
To assemble: insert 2 almonds into each date. Portion an equal amount of cheese mixture into each date.
Garnish with additional sage or black pepper.
