Ingredients
- 2 whole Rounds Of Mini Babybel® Semisoft Cheese, Any Flavor, Quartered
- 2 tablespoons Prepared Red Wine Vinaigrette
- 2 teaspoons Each Fresh Dill & Oregano, Chopped
- ¼ teaspoons Lemon Zest
- ¼ teaspoons Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 8 whole Black Greek Olives, Pitted & Halved
- 6 whole Grape Tomatoes, Halved
- 3-inch Piece Cucumber, Quartered Lengthwise & Sliced
- 1 tablespoon Red Onion, Sliced Thin
- 2 cups Romaine Lettuce Hearts, Chopped
Preparation
Combine red wine vinaigrette, dill, oregano, lemon zest, & black pepper in a small mixing bowl; set aside.
In a medium bowl, combine olives, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, cheese & romaine.
Add dressing; toss well to distribute thoroughly.
Serve immediately.
