Bruschetta You Won’t Forgetta
There’s not a more appetizing appetizer than a good bruschetta. Cheese, French bread, tomato, onion, garlic, basil, olive oil – what’s not to like? You won’t find a better bruschetta than this. It’s a quick and easy finger food recipe made with The Laughing Cow® cheese wedges.
Slice baguette into 1-inch diagonal slice.
Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet and broil until lightly toasted.
Spread a layer of cheese on each baguette slice and set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients in a medium bowl and spoon mixture onto prepared baguette slices.
