ShareThisOkay, so this isn’t really champagne & caviar…but hey, have you seen what champagne and caviar cost these days? No reason you can’t feel a little better off than you are though with this quick and easy snack featuring The Laughing Cow® cheese wedges.
Ingredients
- 2 whole Wedges Of The Laughing Cow® Cheese, Any Light Flavor
- 3 whole Ready-made Frozen Potato Pancakes Or Blinis
- ¼ cups Cooked Black Lentils
- 2 teaspoons Champagne Vinaigrette
- ¼ teaspoons Kosher Salt
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Dill, Chopped
Preparation
Heat potato pancakes or blinis according to package instructions.
Combine lentils, champagne vinaigrette and salt in a small bowl.
Spread cheese evenly among the 3 warm potato pancakes or blinis.
Top with chopped dill and dressed lentil ‘caviar.’
