Cheesy Meatball Sandwich
Toasted white bread topped with garlic and herb Laughing Cow cheese and cheesy meatballs!
In a medium bowl, break up egg. Mix in bread crumbs, ketchup, salt and pepper, parmesan cheese, and olive oil. Incorporate the mixture into the ground beef. Do not over mix.
Spray a sheet tray with cooking spray. Make 1-1 1/2″ meatballs and place on tray. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-17 minutes.
As the meatballs finish cooking, toast a piece of white bread. Spread on one wedge of The Laughing Cow cheese. Cut 3 meatballs into quarters and arrange on the bread.
