Sliced Hardboiled Egg on a cheese wedge on English Muffin
Toast English muffin. While toasting, open The Laughing Cow Light Creamy Swiss wedges and peel egg. Set aside. When muffin is done toasting, spread each half with a cheese wedge and sprinkle with desired salt and pepper. Slice egg in egg slicer (or thinly with a knife) and place the slices on top of the cheese, using half an egg on each half of the muffin. Sprinkle with dill if desired and serve.
