Grown-Up Grilled Cheese |
As a kid, it didn’t get much better than mom making you a grilled cheese sandwich. Well, you’re all grown up now and so are your taste buds. So here’s a grilled cheese that you’ll love just as much as those from years ago. It’s a quick and easy recipe using The Laughing Cow® cheese wedges – so you know you’re gonna love it!
Spread Dijon-style mustard and Light French Onion cheese on both sides of bread.
Place ham in between the 2 slices, cheese side in, forming a sandwich. Spread softened butter on both outer sides of sandwich.
Cook sandwich in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat 3 to 4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cheese is melted. Cut in half.
Substitutions: Substitute Light Original Swiss cheese or Light Garlic & Herb cheese wedges.
