ShareThisEver been to the Mediterranean? Don’t bother. You can sample its wonderful cuisine without traveling further than your kitchen. Okay, you’ll probably have to make a trip to the grocery store – but it’s good to get out every so often and you need to stock up on Mini Babybel® cheese anyhow.
Quick and easy recipes don’t get any quicker or easier…or tastier!
Ingredients
- 6 whole Rounds Of Mini-Babybel® Original Semisoft Cheese
- 4 whole Large Tortillas
- 1 cup Tomato-basil Salad Dressing
- 1 whole Little Red Pepper
- 1 whole Little Yellow Pepper
- 4 whole Rosemary Stems
- 4 whole Thyme Stems
- 1 clove Garlic
- 2 whole Small Yellow Onions
- ½ heads Iceberg Lettuce
- Paprika
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation
Dice the peppers and slice the onions in fine rings.
Mix in with the tomato dressing.
Press the garlic clove and add to the peppers/onions mixture.
Finely chop the thyme and rosemary, then add them to the dressing.
Add salt, pepper and Paprika to taste.
Warm the tortillas and cut them in half.
Unwrap the Mini Babybel® cheeses and dice.
Place a bed of iceberg lettuce on the tortilla and add the Mini Babybel® mix on top.
Roll the tortillas into a wrap.
