Ingredients
- 4 wedges The Laughing Cow Light Queso Fresco & Chipotle
- 1 cup Fat-free Refried Beans
- 1 jar Salsa Of Your Choice
- 1 cup Low Fat Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Preparation
Spread 4 wedges of The Laughing Cow’s Light Queso Fresco & Chipotle on the bottom of a 9 inch pie plate. Spread the refried beans over the cheese. Pour the salsa over the beans and top with low fat shredded cheese. Microwave for 3-4 minutes until cheese is melted and dish feels warm.
Serve with tortilla chips. Enjoy!
