Rise and Shine Raspberry Cream Cheese Bars

These heavenly bars with layers of cream cheese and raspberry beneath a crunchy streusel topping will have everybody begging for the recipe and it couldn’t be easier!

Ingredients

  • 1 can Pillsbury Crescent Seamless Dough Sheet
  • 8 wedges The Laughing Cow Smooth Sensations Cream Cheese Spread Classic Cream
  • ½ cups Raspberry Jam
  • 1 cup Oats
  • ½ cups Chopped Walnuts
  • ½ cups Brown Sugar, Packed
  • ½ teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 6 tablespoons Butter, Melted

Preparation

Heat oven to 375º.

Unroll dough and press into the bottom on an ungreased 9″ x 13″ baking dish.

Unwrap cream cheese wedges, place evenly around the dough and use the back of a spoon to smear the cheese into an even layer coating the dough to the edges.

Using a clean spoon, smear the raspberry jam on top of the cream cheese in an even layer.

In a mixing bowl, combine the oats, walnuts, brown sugar and cinnamon. Use your hands to mix until evenly combined. Be sure to break up any large clumps of brown sugar.

Pour the melted butter over the oat mixture, then stir with a spoon until mixed.

Spoon the oat-butter mixture evenly over the raspberry jam layer in the baking dish. Don’t worry if some of the jam peeks through.

Bake 25 minutes, until golden. Allow to cool before slicing into squares.
