ShareThisHere’s a quick and easy recipe featuring Mini Babybel® cheese that will have everyone saying “You rock, girl.” Well, maybe they won’t be saying it because their mouths will be full. But they’ll definitely be thinking it.
Ingredients
- 6 whole Rounds Of Mini-Babybel® Original Semisoft Cheese
- 4 whole Tomatoes
- Salt And Pepper
- 1 bunch Basil Leaves
- 2 bunches Arugula
- 8 whole Sandwich Bread Slices
- 8 ounces, weight Guacamole
- 4 slices Turkey Breast Lunch Meat
Preparation
Slice the Mini Babybel® cheese and tomatoes. Add a dash of salt and pepper and put aside. Cut the arugula and basil leaves. Spread the guacamole on the toast. Lay some of the tomato slices, arugula and basil leaves, the Mini Babybel® slices and turkey lunch meat on top of the guacamole. Finish up with another slice of bread. Cut the sandwich at a diagonal in two for presentation.
