Sharp Original & Chive Biscuits with Smoked Ham and Honey Butter |

Directions:
Preheat oven to 450°F. Whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, baking soda, and salt in a bowl, and then blend in cold, cubed butter with your fingertips until mixture resembles coarse meal. Stir in the cheese and chives. Add buttermilk and stir until just combined. Form into golfball-sized balls and place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake until golden, about 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and let stand until cool enough to handle. Meanwhile, whisk together the soft butter and honey. Slice biscuits in half, smear with honey butter, and place a slice of ham inside. Put the top back on the biscuit and enjoy the sweet and salty!
