Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Uncooked Whole Wheat Rotini Noodles
  • 3 wedges The Laughing Cow Light Creamy Swiss Cheese
  • ¾ cups Reduced-fat Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • ½ cups 1 Percent Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Butter

Preparation

Cook the rotini according to package directions.

Drain excess water, but not until completely dry. Unwrap The Laughing Cow Light Cheese Wedges and add along with reduced-fat cheddar cheese, milk, butter and stir.
