Pastrami Garden Rolls

A quick, flavorful snack with a touch of gourmet flair! The combination of savory pastrami, crunchy red bell pepper and cucumber, and the delicious The Laughing Cow® Dill Pickle spreadable cheese wedges creates a delightful mix of textures and flavors.

Ingredients
  • Pastrami slices
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper, julienned
  • 1 Cucumber, julienned
Preparation

Lay the pastrami slices flat on a clean surface. Depending on the size of the slices, you may want to halve them to create smaller rolls. Spread a generous layer of The Laughing Cow® Dill Pickle cheese over each pastrami slice, making sure the cheese covers the entire slice to add a tangy flavor to every bite. Place 3 to 4 juliennes of red bell pepper and cucumber at one end of each pastrami slice, lightly pressing them into the cheese. Arrange them neatly so that they’ll create a nice contrast of colors and textures when rolled. Starting from the end with the vegetables, carefully roll up each pastrami slice, securing the vegetables inside. The cheese will help hold everything together.
