Salted Cashew & Apricot Cheese Bites
This easy-to-make sweet and salty snack packs a lot of flavor
Ingredients
- 16 ginger cookies (about 1 1/2 inch rounds)
- 3 tbsp apricot preserves
- 3 tbsp roasted salted cashews
Preparation
Spread 1/2 wedge of The Laughing Cow® Creamy Asiago variety over each ginger cookie. Spread each cookie with apricot preserves and sprinkle cashews over top.
